Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key detailing distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
